Fillers for the lips and face

If you have thin lips, deep wrinkles, or a facial scar than fillers may be the perfect solution for you. Known also as dermal fillers, this is an injection of a natural gel which will both smooth out wrinkles or add volume and the effect should last around 4-5 months. The gel used is a naturally occurring hyaluronic acid gel that is injected directly into the targeted area, and unlike Botox © that relaxes the muscle under the wrinkle, they will instead fill the line, crease or area, which can make trouble spots almost completely disappear.

For a natural look, the bottom lip should be a third larger than the top and if you are seeking a very unnaturally plumped result then we are not the practitioner for you.  We believe in enhancing the natural shape of the lip which means working around the edge of the lip lines, known as the vermillion border. This enhances the natural cupids bow by turning the top lip up and out, turning up the marionette lines, which are the sadness lines that turn your mouth down at the corners, and can also plump out the lines often associated with smoking or too much drinking through a straw.

When to comes to making the decision about having fillers in your lips, we strongly suggest that you take it slow and start with half a syringe and return a couple of weeks later for a top up, should you decide that it’s not enough. However, if you are not happy with the outcome or shape, the good news is that the procedure can be largely reversed, and this is done by injecting an enzyme that will speed up the degradation of the hyaluronic acid quickly and safely.

You will be invited to attend a consultation with the technician before the procedure and the cost for this is £25 which is payable in advance and is non-refundable. If you then choose to go ahead with the procedure, this will be discounted from the cost of the treatment. We do offer additional and follow up treatments at a reduced price to ensure your satisfaction.
